Hello I’m Sharon an Illustrator living in London.  

I come from a fine art background and enjoy working with a diverse range of materials and at a variety of scales.  I love combining different media to create interesting textures (a bit of an obsession of mine), and there is often a decorative element to my work.  I always begin sketching in pencil or pen and work up images from those initial scribbles.  I really enjoy coming up with interesting visual solutions to convey an idea or theme.  

Spending hours at a time drawing and painting is such a pleasurable experience for me and in terms of subject matter I’m happy drawing pretty much anything although the natural world is a constant source of inspiration.
